Went through Google Backlinks, found that the signup pages for Cheap Easy Fast Traffic School on the change your court page Google named those pages Edit - xxx based upon the link in the page.  Updated the Edit link so Google will give those pages a more sane title.

Research replacing html emails that display images from web references (img src) to instead use AddRelatedBodyPart which ads the image as a binary embedded into the email

Sent new user logins to outsourced developer to update AZ student data copier applications

Update email scheduler to add in a new email sent to the student the 4th day from when a student signs up.

Added az seal logo to new yelp listing for low cost quick n' easy and turned on yelp ads

Sent screencaptures to Borna explaining the different Yelp stats, showing how many clicks there are and the increasing number of clicks as each site gets more reviews from customers.

Meeting:  updates to auditing information sent to Arizona Supreme court
regarding defensive driving students data

Created VB script daemon (and employee control panel interface) to create pdf's of completion certificates for California Traffic School quarterly reporting, the system is initiated through the employee control panel, runs the (long running) script on the server, emails employee when finished who can then download the resulting pdf files.

Started interface to send all systems emails at one time, for review of look, design and functionality.

Removed 2nd login link from all emails to  customers.

Tested Arizona student information  copiers that have been updated by outsourced developer, these copiers are a backup to the xml upload system.

Downloaded excel of Texas courts, sent list to Borna.

Setup Yelp listing for school subsidiaries outside of California

Installed and configured Zebra Label printer to computer for printing Ontrac mailing labels

Checked Yelp for PaylessEzSpeedy AZ Defensive Driving school reviews, new reviews have been posted to the listing, send screencapture to Borna. Moved from position 6 to position 3.  5 more reviews are needed to move to position 1 for the search "defensive driving" in phoenix az.

Added 2nd Arizona online traffic school (Pay4Less Simple Arizona Defensive Driving) to yelp.  Also added it to the emailing system to email out an invitation to completed customers on that school to leave a review. Claimed listing, completed the about us and other sections, turned on yelp ads.

Sent emailing stats from Mailjet.com for all of the emails out of the system for last month.  Sent 20k emails, 1% bounce rate, .10% spam complaints, 400 emails non-deliverable.

Checked email statistics on old emailer provider to see if any email was still going through it (which there is so one day I will have to track down what is being sent and change it over).

Checked cheapeasy.ala.bs (Authority Labs) organic seo rankings for websites for movement from last weeks social bookmarking and blogging.

Received SearchCap daily email from Search Engine Land reviewed for Google Organic and PPC tips, advice, changes, new paradigms.

Downloaded Texas drivers record database update from Texas DPS (updates the Texas verification system for TX defensive driving students)

Sent Marla the answers I put in for the Trustwave accounts for PCI compliance.

Turned on Ecommerce Tracking for Payless Traffic School Google Analytics

In reviewing servers I found disk space low on the ots-easy-web server, freed up disk space deleting older log files and changing the memory to disk cache space setting.  Required reboot.  Looked for cause of the disk usage.

Phone: Reviewed different state selection and signup process for Texas.  Spoke about the web design and marketing, court lists.

Platform: New Arizona Defensive Driving Course
Finished adding associate program.  Each customer is an associate, has code they can give out to friends, when friends enter the code the associate gets a referral fee after their referral pays.

Created and sent email to encourage customers who have finished the course, to post reviews, post on their Facebook page, promote their associate code to their friends.

Checked "super login" system that logs customers in if they signup to the wrong platform.  I could not find any issues yet with it.  I checked the line number, I tested it with login credentials... no errors yet.

Checked with Leigh on her calling older associates to make sure we have their correct address.  She forgot to finish that task.

Corrected spelling error.

Diagnosed billing page, found the court was improperly setup which was causing the billing page to not load.  Resolved problem.
